This exercise has given me the kicks, coz I designed it in such a way that there is a good wedge to place your chin and we can avoid hyper extension of the neck and over activation of the upper traps which is totally redundant. I see my athletes (all my clients are athletes) performing this exercise with gay abandon and have read enough empirical evidences for this exercise.
